~Shri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram Shri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram~
Last week I laid out for you the first cause of disease according to Ayurveda. Prajnaparadha means “misuse of the intellect”. It refers to the habit we all have of doing things we know are not good for us, and resisting doing things we know are good for us. Over time, this causes us to fall into dis-ease and creates an environment where illness can take hold.
Now that you know this, you can start to align with your own best interest!
This may be easier to said than done, especially if it has been a long time since you have accessed your own inner wisdom. You may have to go looking for it underneath all of the mental chatter, behind a wall of mistrust, or in the shadows of limiting beliefs and family patterns that go back generations.
How can you in-source guidance and wisdom?
It’s actually not something you do. It’s a process of un~doing, untying knots, shedding layers, unlearning behaviors.
In order to experience undoing, you must enter the ground of being. Learn to seek, find, and sit in your center. Learn to listen and honor the wisdom of the body and your own intuition. This takes time, repetition, and, in the beginning, guidance (oh the irony!).
I want you to have access to the practices that will help you find your center. I want you to have a way to access yoga, breath~work, meditation, and lifestyle habits that support your return to Self. I want you to be able to do this no matter your schedule, location, or budget.
In June, I am launching the PBP Yoga Virtual Studio. Weekly live stream classes, as well as a library of recordings will be at your fingertips. There will be something for everyone. Stay tuned for details!
Let me lead you hOMe.
