What do you do when a crisis interrupts your daily rhythm?
It can be hard to maintain good habits under normal circumstances, but when you are out of your routine, your home, your work environment, healthy habits can go right out the window.
It’s ok.
Judgement about what you did or didn't stick to is a waste of energy. It doesn’t matter. What matters is what you do when the acute phase of the crisis is over.
Exhale. Take stock of your situation. Orient towards the things that make you feel good in body, mind, and spirit. Then, take a small step in their direction.
Just like rebuilding anything that has been damaged, start with the most important things, and build out from there. What do you need to repair first? Healthy eating? Meditation? Exercise?
What is one small thing you could do to get started?
Some ideas:
Re-establishing routine is not a switch you can flip. It takes patience. Invite your good habits back in. Let them reroot so you can nurture them back into fullness.
In time, everything will be restored.

PS. I am not able to lead live classes in the virtual studio at this time. I am hoping that on Tuesday, September 14th, I can reopen with an amended schedule. Stay tuned!
